Casa Solace is a project in a planned neighborhood – NOIDA designed keeping in mind the new normal the world has been forced to embrace. The house is self-sufficient in every way. From producing its own electricity via a roof made of solar cell fabric to having a range of multi-utility spaces facilitating all everyday activities, it provides its residents the perfect solace while the world battles the cursed virus relentlessly trying to invade our homes costing us lives and loved ones.
An amorphous form designed in a way to bring the outdoors in, through the green spaces created in between the 3 wings. The facade has been parametrically designed to cater to the sun path on-site, by getting dense in the South West direction where the sun is at its harshest. Meanwhile, the lightness and transparency of the facade balance the monolithic volume of the building.
