This high-rise development integrates retail and residential spaces within a singular architectural expression. The design is derived from a pure geometric form—a circle—establishing a bold and iconic presence.

Above, the structure transitions into cascading studio apartments, each featuring an attached balcony. The cascading floors create a series of green terraces, fostering a seamless connection between nature and living spaces.
